Our Mission Statement
Historic Property Holdings and its founders aim to acquire and restore medium size historic properties in the old city district and Northern Liberties Areas of Philadelphia building high quality, spacious and dramatic residential apartments and lofts, in addition to ground level commercial/retail spaces.
All renovations are done under historic guidance, and approval. Properties exterior are restored to its original historic periods,
while the interior is rebuilt with updated systems.
All apartment units will have high ceilings, original hardwood floors, original restored windows and amenities such as high tech kitchens and islands, laundry equipment. All units
are wired with cable for both high speed internet and TV, and sophisticated electronic security and fire alarm systems.
The founders are highly committed to establishing a niche in building mid-luxury to luxury historic and non-historic buildings including new construction where applicable.
The founders hope that overtime, residents as well as civic groups in the region will identify Historic
Property Holdings with excellence in design, construction and management.
