Zeev Shenkman obtained his Bachelor Science degree from Philadelphia College of Textile and Sciences University in 1975 and MBA in finance from Temple University in 1977.

Mr. Shenkman has over twenty years of experience in banking, financial and retail operations: highly involved in the development and growth of organizations.

During his career Zeev has been intensely involved in real estate development and has been responsible for the development of over one million Square Feet of retail, distribution and residential space.

Having served on the Board of directors of First Executive Bank, First Republic Bank, UsaBancShares, KPR Sports, and Today's Man.

Jeffrey Casnoff has  been involved in the Philadelphia Real Estate Market for the past seven years.  In 1996, Jeffrey was involved in creating Stonehenge Advisory Inc., a full service real estate management company, with a focus on the management of small office buildings. During his more than 4 years period he spent with Stonehenge, Jeffrey served as Operations Manager, in charge of vendors and tenants relations. In 1998, he purchased and developed 320 Race Street, Philadelphia, a beautiful five story brick building which was divided into 4 two bedroom apartments plus an additional 1,800 Square Feet retail space. Jeffrey left Stonehenge in early 2000 to focus on a full time basis in the development area in which time he co-founded Historic Property Holdings and also acquired and developed 229 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, a five story building with three apartments and 900 Square Feet of retail space. In 2001, the building was succesfully converted to comdominiums.
