The Old City historical district has and continues to go through a significant transformation.  Demand for residential and quality commercial space exceeds supply and increasing rents provide an incentive to developers to continue conversions.

The general partnership is comprised of Jeffrey Casnoff, a developer in Old City and Zeev Shenkman with over 20 years experience in banking, retailing and corporate development.  In addition, Alan Casnoff is providing advice to the partnership..
